Neil joined Chicago Title Insurance Company through the acquisition of Leatherstocking Abstract and Title Insurance Company in 2018. He originally joined Leatherstocking in 1996 as a college student, learning the inner workings of each department. Neil prides himself on his hard work, dedication and attention to detail. He was promoted to Branch Manager of the Madison County office in 2003, where he continues to oversee the everyday operations of the office as well as maintaining client relationships.
Neil earned a degree from Mohawk Valley Community College in banking and finance. He currently lives in Utica, NY with his wife and two children, where he enjoys golf, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
