Frank joined Chicago Title in late 2025 as Underwriting Counsel in the Title Insurance department after three years in private practice. He previously was an associate attorney for a prestigious Buffalo law firm where he concentrated his practice primarily in real estate and landlord-tenant matters. Frank has an extensive background in title matters and his knowledge and experience will have a profound impact on the underwriting department.
Frank attended LeMoyne College where he earned his Bachelors in Psychology and also met his fiancé. Originally from Cortland, NY, Frank moved to Buffalo in 2019 to attend the University at Buffalo School of Law and earn his J.D. in 2022. He now lives in Cheektowaga, where he enjoys spending time with his cats and volunteering with the Ten Lives Club.
