Heath, a Rochester native, attended the State University of New York at Buffalo and majored in mathematics. He later obtained his law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Heath initially worked at General Code Publishers where he reviewed and prepared editorial critiques of municipal codes for local governments in New York and Pennsylvania. After being admitted to the New York State Bar, Fourth Department, Heath joined Marchioni & Associates and later, D’Aurizio Law Offices, PLLC, where he represented clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions for over six years.
Heath’s outstanding rapport with our customers and employees, his organizational skills, leadership as assistant manager and his experience as a transactional real estate attorney have proven to be invaluable since he joined our company in December 2019.
