Sam joined Chicago Title in 2015 and serves as underwriting counsel assisting customers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to working with Chicago Title, Sam was an attorney in private practice where he gained experience in residential and commercial real estate and title examination. Sam also handles a wide variety of commercial escrow transactions touching land throughout New York State. Sam's strong legal skills, commercial pragmatism and integrity have helped him establish and grow long-term business relationships in the real estate community.
Sam graduated from Xavier University in 2004 with a BS in Psychology, and from State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, J.D., in 2009.
Sam is a Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres and Xavier Musketeers fan. Sam is a native of western New York and enjoys spending time with his family, including raising his three beautiful sons.
